Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days with many orders shipping the same day. On occasion products will be on backorder. In this case in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backorder item(s) will ship as soon as possible. If you are needing product quickly it is best to call and verify stock before you place your order. We ship worldwide using UPS. Other shipping methods must be arranged and payed for by the customer and will be subject to a handling fee.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Pfadt Race Engineering within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. All opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is not in it's original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error are eligible for a refund up to 50% of original price. All returns must have a RMA number, which can be obtained from Pfadt Racing Customer Support. Packages not having an RMA number will be refused. The RMA number does not guarantee replacement or refund. Improper handling, packaging or installation will deem the item(s) ineligible for return or exchange. Customers are to pay for return shipping. If a refund is due a check will be mailed directly to the customer.

We warranty our parts against manufacturer defect. Replacement or repair of parts is at our discretion. We do not reimburse for labor. Misuse, mis-installation, poor maintenance, abuse, or other unintended actions are not covered. Failure to follow recommended installation procedures will void the warranty. Wear items are not covered. Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only.
